He co-founded Active Sports Clubs and Active Wellness, LLC and owns a health club consultancy - BMC3.

Bill has served as Chairman of the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) Board of Directors, President of the Mid-Atlantic Club Management Association (MACMA) and served on the Industry Advisory Board for the American Council of Exercise (ACE). Casey Conrad, BA, JD, has been in the health and fitness industry for 27 years. In addition to authoring “Selling Fitness: The Complete Guide to Selling Health Club Memberships,” she has created and published over 25 other sales, marketing and management training products for the industry.

Most recently Casey has created an entire line of comprehensive training programs that are delivered on-line. These include membership sales, personal training sales and Internet marketing. She has spoken in 24 countries, is a feature presenter at conventions and trade shows worldwide and writes monthly for numerous international magazines.

Jim Worthington is the President and Owner of Newtown Athletic Club and Horsham Athletic Club. He has been in the fitness industry since 1978 and worked in all aspects of club management including sales, marketing, operations, programming and general management. Jim has overseen the growth and development of the Newtown Athletic Club from a 15,000 square foot racquet club on 3 acres to a 250,000 square foot health, wellness and recreation complex.
